Reasons Why you fail too pass the exam and how to deal with it.

1. Past experiences:

1.1 Did not do well in High School 
 One of the most important key in passing the exam. If you did not do well in your High School because you always keep cutting classes, computer games addiction and lack of interest and given a favorably mercy grades, then it will be hard for you to pass the exam.

- Forget your High School deeds and study well in college it is not too late. However so many people did not do well in High School but did well in college.

1.2 Not taking the exam early
To those who work already for several years and decided to take the exam it will be hard for you to pass because you forgot some of the lessons in college but some of them pass. College graduates have a  better chance of passing the exam.

-For the best chances of passing, you must take the exam before or right after graduating in college.

1.3 Keeps Praying but no action 
Praying is good but no action? it is useless

- God always bless those people who will strive to work hard. If you want something then pray and work for it.



2. Before the examination:

2.1 Lack of focus
Lack of interest in taking the exam, too many priorities that's why you forget to study.

-Very Important, you must focus only on the exam., don't think so many things.

2.2 Did not Study
You did not study because you're too confident to pass and taking the exam like "whatever" will absolutely fail you.

-Take time to study. If you think you're intelligent enough to pass even without studying good for you, but if you think you're an average person then take time to study.

2.3 Negative thoughts 
You always think that you will fail, too many doubts in your mind.

-Be optimistic and positive it will make your brain fresh.

2.4 Stress 
Emotional, Physical and Mental stress will make your brain weak and slow

-Just enjoy your work and always give time to rest. Live life to the fullest.

3. During the exam:

3.1 Did not eat breakfast
Some of us are not a breakfast persons and always skip breakfast because we are not hungry or don't want to eat breakfast either.

-Well, breakfast is very important it will give you energy and will boost your mental capabilities and longevity. However, there are some people are naturally born not to be a breakfast person, but for a breakfast person you have to eat your nutritious breakfast.

3.2 Taking so much time answering questions
This always happens to every person who took the exam, taking a lot of time answering difficult questions. There are 150 items and you will have to answer it for 180 mins(3 hours), if you do the math you will have to answer each item for 1 minute and 20 seconds or at least give 2 minutes for difficult questions and maximum 30 seconds for every easy questions so that you will have time to review.

-Manage your time wisely if the question is too difficult for you then skip to another question, but don't leave it unanswered if you really have no idea then use your instinct.



There are many reasons why you cannot pass the Civil Service exam. Many of the of those who took the exam, said that the exam is difficult that's why they fail to pass the exam, well it is not the main reason because majority of the examiners have no time to study, obviously you cannot answer, but some of them doesn't need to study Why? because of the stock knowledge they get from High School up to College that's why they pass.
